the room service menu was very limited. i was hoping for more italian options, but it mostly had burgers and salads. also, the gym was smaller than i expected. it only had a couple of treadmills and some free weights, i wanted more variety.

i found the room was clean and spacious. the breakfast buffet had a good selection of items. the hotel provides bikes for visiting the city center. i used one to go along the lake. the staff was friendly and helpful .
i booked the stay partly for the spa, but it was disappointing. i found the pool chilly even though it was heated. the side room i had did not have a view. there was not enough privacy near the street.
