central location, fantastic views

central location great view comfortable bed

the location was central the rooftop pool had great views the breakfast started my day perfectly. i found the double-glazed windows effective at reducing noise from outside i appreciated having two pillows each on my king bed. the lounge area downstairs was attractively decorated i was very happy overall.

the rooftop infinity pool has clear views it provides a novel photo opportunity with the lake in the background i used the spacious bicycle storage with charging options available to me.

the room was decorated well it included effective double-glazed windows and a king bed. the shower had hot water with good pressure i had two pillows it was convenient there were no cupboards or drawers just hanging space.

the staff were very attentive they helped me with directions. breakfast was available on the roof i appreciated the amazing view. the hotel is close to the lake and piazza garibaldi i liked the rooftop pool.

central location lake views vegan options thin walls inconvenient parking unwelcoming staff

the location was really central. it made it easy to get around, i liked that. the breakfast room offered amazing views of the lake. i also found that they had nice vegan options for breakfast, i enjoyed those.

the walls seemed thin, i could hear noises from other rooms. the hotel parking was not very convenient. it was located about 500 meters away, i thought it was very far away. the staff weren't cute.

convenient location late check-out nice sauna

I thought the location was superb! the half-marathon finish line was just by the hotel. It was convenient. the hotel allowed late check-out, a huge plus for me. i could run, shower, pack, and leave without rushing. the sauna was a nice touch too.

the pool area was quite small, a bit disappointing, it was small. the rooftop views from the restaurant and pool were fabulous however.

the hotel staff were very kind, friendly, and helpful. they always smiled and tried to give the best service possible. the front desk staff were just as helpful and friendly as i remembered.
