Winter enthusiasts can partake in skiing tours, tobogganing, cross-country skiing, or snowshoe hiking. Beginners can find the Silvretta, the Rätikon, and the Verwall in the Vorarlberg region. 33 cross-country ski runs are available in the Montafon.
Location and Access
Hotel Monika is 100 meters from the valley station of the Silvretta Nova Cable Car, giving access to skiing, hiking routes, and après-ski bars. The hotel is near Madrisella Klettersteig (1 km), Tanzlaube Gaschurn (0.5 km), Energie.raum Illwerke (3 km), Versettla (3 km), Versalspitze (4.5 km), and Montafon Mountain and tourism Museum (0.5 km). The chalets are a 10-minute walk from the village center or the valley station. Gaschurn serves as a starting point for summiteers and leisure hikers.
