Location and Access
Explorer Hotel Montafon is on the edge of Gaschurn. It is near Versettla (3 km), Montafon Mountain and tourism Museum (1.5 km), Madrisella Klettersteig (2 km), Madrisella (4.5 km), Tanzlaube Gaschurn (1.5 km), and Energie.raum Illwerke (4 km). The Montafon Ski Area is easily accessible via the free shuttle bus leaving from the hotel. The climbing garden can be reached via the hiking path, the bike path, or the Montafoner Strasse. The Tafamut gondola lift lies in the idyllic Alpine landscape with meadows. The Vermunt gondola lift ends at the entrance to the Trominier tunnel. The new Grasjoch train takes you from directly St Gallenkirch.
