inviting pool gorgeous sunsets attentive bar staff convenient location
i found the pool area very inviting with plenty of space for relaxation. the sunsets were gorgeous. the bar staff were attentive and created some wonderful drinks. the hotel's location was convenient for exploring nearby attractions, which i appreciated.
The gym equipment felt a bit dated. Some machines could use an update.

a nice bay stay
excellent service family attractions organized help
fernando at the lobby gave excellent service from the very moment we arrived. he assisted me with our bags, a welcome help. he also gave perfect recommendations for family-friendly attractions (my daughter especially loved the zoo and the children's museum, which shows his great understanding of our needs).
The room cleaning was not perfect. It only happened once during my entire stay of one week, disappointing (especially when traveling with kids).

baia beach club has an amazing view both day and night. nice staff. branislav, who served at the restaurant, made my evening enjoyable. i particularly appreciated the fresh seafood options and the cocktails by the water.

the hotel offers easy access to many attractions and is within walking distance of various points of interest. the surrounding area includes numerous dining options and entertainment venues. it provides a central location, convenient for exploring the city (we found many parks close to the hotel).
