defective phone loose wires
The fitness room had plenty of space.
The mini fridge in my room did not work, a HUGE inconvenience. I could not order room service because the phone in my room was also defective. I found loose live wires next to the mini fridge, A SERIOUS safety hazard.

decent stay overall
great location fast valet polite farewell delayed check-in lack notification awful music
the hotel had a great location. the valet service was fast. jean baptiste helped me with my bags. he gave a polite farewell.
check in was not available at 4pm. i found this annoying after my flight. i did not get a text to say when the room was ready. the music at the pool was awful and pounding i left after ten mins with a pounding headache.

Decent Location, Missed Expectations
ripped seams dusty blinds
The hotel fell short regarding attention to detail. I found ripped seams on the bathrobes in the room. Window blinds were also broken and dusty. Valet parking took twenty minutes to deliver my car.. the valet would not stop instructing me on lowering the convertible top.
