my stay began poorly because the room i received was not properly cleaned. the bathroom had hair still on the floor and in the shower, gross. also, the air conditioning barely worked and made loud noises all night, a real NIGHTMARE to try and sleep. the staff didn't seem to care much when i reported these issues.

The air conditioning was ridiculously loud and barely worked. the shower had low pressure, barely enough to rinse. the spa closed too early, and i couldn't book a massage anyway. It was a real letdown.

I appreciated the modern rooms in a unique location. The breakfast included tasty local dishes as well. the hotel offered stainless rooms. the staff was helpful. i also found a lovely gift for my birthday.

the restaurant was outside of the hotel, so i had to walk through a large, somewhat neglected area, and some parts were unlit at night.
