Vila Joya's restaurant, led by Chef Dieter Koschina, has held two Michelin stars for over two decades, offering a changing menu of Mediterranean seafood and French haute cuisine using local ingredients from the Algarve markets. Vila Joya SEA offers pan-Asian and Japanese-inspired cuisine. Guests have priority access to the Michelin restaurant. The biggest table size in the Michelin restaurant accommodates up to 6 people. Chef Koschina's Favorites menu consists of four courses, priced at 275 euro, excluding drinks. The daily Signature menu is available for lunch at 275 euro, excluding drinks. The pool restaurant serves light dishes for lunch. There is a beach shack with options for lunch, dinner.
