excellent urban stay
comfortable robe hotel design yoga mat
the hotel was clean and meticulously designed. i appreciated the comfortable robe and umbrella provided. a yoga mat and hand weights in the room added value to my stay. the filtered water was a great touch.
the restaurant looked disconnected from the hotel and closed early. getting a knife to cut our deep-dish pizza proved surprisingly difficult. i only wanted a proper knife, not plastic ones.

The room featured a yoga mat and pilates socks. The window seating was spacious. The river view from the room was great. I also found a convenient coffee machine in the lobby (a nice touch).
I noticed the water pressure in the shower could be slightly improved.

The room was spacious and clean with a comfortable bed. I appreciated the extra pillows provided in the room. The bathroom included lovely bath products for my use. I found the Nespresso machine to be a nice amenity (it made mornings much easier).
There was some noise outside at night from the nearby convenience store, but it was manageable.

The location was great. It was close to many attractions. i also appreciated the window seating in my room, it displayed the river.

warm staff accommodating seating luxury room central location
The staff welcomed me warmly. The lounge features accommodating seating. I liked the coffee machine. The room layout was spacious, and felt luxurious. I enjoyed the seat by the window. I appreciated the central location. It made walking to various destinations simple.
I found that there was no readily available way to get a knife to cut the pizza. I had to use plastic utensils.

missing face mask empty dispenser
i stayed at this place. i asked the front desk, but they said they were out. also, the body wash dispenser in the bathroom was empty. it seemed housekeeping wasn't thorough at all. i felt disappointed by a service i paid for but didn't receive.
