fantastic find near o'hare
convenient locationfriendly staffhelpful stafffree parking
this location is super convenient near o'hare airport it helped me avoid crazy traffic i found plenty of dining options nearby. the front desk staff was really friendly and helpful throughout my stay they made check-in smooth and answered all my questions quickly. i also liked that the hotel has free parking a real plus for travelers with cars.
i noticed that the breakfast menu was mostly pre-packaged items i would have preferred some more fresh options

the staff provided quick service they responded to my requests with accuracy i called the front desk at midnight for instructions and again at six am the next morning for late checkout assistance.

breakfast included a variety of options i liked that coffee and tea were available 24/7 in the lobby there were also many restaurants located within a short distance of the hotel.

my room featured a clean and modern interior i also found branded toiletries available the bed was comfy with clean sheets i also had a restful sleep each night of my stay.

The location suited my needs well. It was close to both the airport AND the highway.
The air conditioner did NOT respond to temperature adjustments. It was either excessively cold or too hot. the staff said they would contact the manager to resolve it though i checked out before this happened.

i liked how modern and up-to-date everything was (the decor was really nice). the staff members were friendly and helpful, especially with directions. many places were within walking distance, easy to grab a quick bite. the free parking was also a plus.
there was no airport shuttle service, so i needed to rely on ride-sharing apps.

the hotel includes a fitness center, equipped with three treadmills, two stationary bikes, and a selection of free weights. there is also a guest laundry room with two washers and two dryers, available 24/7.

Fantastic Stay Near O'Hare!

It is super close to O'Hare with easy access. This made my travel stress-free. I found several restaurants close by. The staff was professional, and the monitor option in my room was very efficient.
The heater in the room wasn't working at first, requiring a room change. This was a slight inconvenience.

Although I skipped breakfast due to my schedule, I noticed complimentary coffee and tea were available. There were several places to eat within walking distance, offering variety, a real plus. Guests can find several nearby locations easily.

The room was modern with minimal decor, providing everything I needed. It was super clean and cozy, with a good space for rest. Inbuilt soap dispensers with Dove products are available in every room.

i appreciated the free parking. the location provides convenient access to nearby shopping and food options. the hotel provided an unexpected bonus with pump bottles of shampoo, conditioner, body wash, soap, and hand lotion.
the soft pillows were not supportive enough for my preference.
