Very nice stay with AMAZING service!

helpful staff immediate answer luggage service

The staff at the front desk was EXTREMELY helpful. They answered every question I had immediately, also had an answer for all tourist questions. I was able to leave my luggage after checkout as I explored. I will book here again soon, the staff and service was the BEST!

I found the room slightly small, it would have been better if it was a bit larger.

The location was superb. I found it convenient. You can easily walk to various eateries and nightlife spots! I also liked that the room was clean. It was a basic, but enjoyable accommodation.

The room was poorly lit. It felt gloomy even during the day. The air conditioning made a lot of noise, I couldn't adjust the temperature properly. I also thought the bathroom lacked a grab bar in the shower stall. That's a safety issue.

attentive staff clean room convenient location

the staff was attentive and helped with directions to local attractions. the room was clean, i felt totally at ease. i loved the closeness to restaurants and shops, it made everything so convenient.

the street noise was a bit noticeable at times, particularly in the evenings.

convenient location friendly staff excellent coffee

i found the location convenient i could easily walk to many restaurants and bars the front desk staff were helpful and friendly the coffee shop attached to the hotel offered excellent coffee which i greatly appreciated the hotel's proximity to the stadium was a major plus for me

my room was quite small and reminded me of it could use some updating

mixed feelings about my stay

firm bed street noise

The room felt quite dated, and i noticed some wear and tear. the bed, while clean, wasn't particularly comfortable. I found it a little too firm for my liking. also, the noise from the street was louder than i expected.
