the staff demonstrated really good flexibility. they kindly adjusted my reservation without extra fees after my flight was canceled. this kind gesture. the location was great and near many attractions.

the air conditioning turned on and off automatically during the night.

the hotel features sauna and jacuzzi. there is no gym. there is a restaurant and a bar, i did not try them. the hotel has very nice desing with focus on details.

The room was clean. All staff provided excellent service. the room temperature was good, not too hot. Bar staff provided excellent service and were attentive. I especially liked that.

the room was very small, and it lacked space for luggage. There wasn't a bidet in the bathroom, which wasn't ideal. I would have like this.

Excellent Stay Near the Arc de Triomphe

I really enjoyed the location, close to the Arc de Triomphe and the Champs-Élysées. This made it simple for both seeing sights and shopping. The staff was friendly, especially Victoria at the front desk, and they were always helpful. Victoria offered us water bottles when we left because she knew we had a long trip. That kind gesture was nice. The hotel maintained cleanliness throughout.

The toilet was in a separate small room from the main bathroom area and sink. I found that somewhat inconvenient

The location is quite convenient. I found the staff to be friendly. The breakfast included personalized service, not a buffet.

The rooms are very small. I found no fridge in the room. I noticed that the AC turned on and off by itself.
