The staff was kind! They helped book tours! The location was also great! It served as an amazing base for day trips! The room had a comfortable bed. The laundry service was very convenient.

The corridors were a bit noisy at times.

Really good service and prime location

The hotel's location is great, near many tourist spots and local restaurants. Ms. Heart provided excellent support, organizing a car to the airport (very useful!). The room was also spacious and clean.

The Reception is at the back of a massage parlour which was a bit unexpected upon arrival. It felt a little odd to walk through that space to reach the hotel reception area, and it wasn't the most inviting first impression.

While I did not have occasion to explore dining in the hotel, many restaurants are very close. Guests can easily find a variety of cuisines within a short walk from the hotel hotel.

The hotel includes a functional elevator that quickly accesses all floors (i used it a lot!). The lobby offered comfortable seating. It was good.

Ms. Heart offered assistance. She arranged taxi services and provided helpful information. Her proactive communication was appreciated. She contacted me before arrival to arrange check-in and offer local advice.
