Dining: On-site restaurant with local cuisine options

“I see a boutique hotel that attempts to blend French colonial design with modern amenities in Hanoi's Old Quarter, placing it near attractions such as Hoan Kiem Lake. While offering traditionally styled rooms and on-site tour services, reports of hygiene and service inconsistencies raise concerns about reliability. Ultimately, potential guests should weigh the prime location against the mixed reviews before booking.”

Really good service and prime location

prime location excellent support clean room

The hotel's location is great, near many tourist spots and local restaurants. Ms. Heart provided excellent support, organizing a car to the airport (very useful!). The room was also spacious and clean.

The Reception is at the back of a massage parlour which was a bit unexpected upon arrival. It felt a little odd to walk through that space to reach the hotel reception area, and it wasn't the most inviting first impression.

Dining

9/10

While I did not have occasion to explore dining in the hotel, many restaurants are very close. Guests can easily find a variety of cuisines within a short walk from the hotel hotel.

Facilities

8/10

The hotel includes a functional elevator that quickly accesses all floors (i used it a lot!). The lobby offered comfortable seating. It was good.

Service

10/10

Ms. Heart offered assistance. She arranged taxi services and provided helpful information. Her proactive communication was appreciated. She contacted me before arrival to arrange check-in and offer local advice.

Rooms

9/10

My 'Beautiful Double Room' featured ample space and essential amenities, including air conditioning. The bed felt comfortable and clean.). The room was very quiet.
