Restaurant Svanen serves guests of Milling Hotel Søpark with an à la carte menu of both traditional Danish food and international dishes. The restaurant is open from 6 pm Monday to Saturday; on Sundays and holidays, only the morning restaurant is open. The evening menu can be ordered in the restaurant from 6 pm. The buffet offers traditional breakfast delicacies such as fresh fruits, mix-self yoghurt and a host of hot dishes such as eggs, bacon, rösti and pancakes. The breakfast buffet is open from 06:30 am to 09:30 am (weekdays) and 07:00 am to 10:00 am in the weekends.
