Landmarks nearby include Gango-ji (2.5 km), Shin-Yakushi-ji (2.5 km), Neiraku Art Museum (1.5 km), Isui-en (2 km), Nara Park (2 km), Shosoin (1 km), Todai-ji Temple (1.5 km), Kasuga Grand Shrine (3 km), and Todaiji Keidaicho (1 km). Kasugayama Primeval Forest, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, is next to the ryokan. A free shuttle is available from Kintetsu Nara Train Station (a 10-minute drive). A shuttle bus from the nearest station to the property is available from 2 PM.
