the staff are so friendly i like that. excellent prices at the bar. i secure hotel in this area, so that was cool.

there was only one towel available, not enough for me. the pillows felt old and dirty, yikes. the bed sheets were very worn, which wasn't the best feeling.

the staff was friendly at all times and very helpful with directions. i appreciated the quick resolution to a minor issue with my room safe. the location allowed easy access to both the city center and quieter areas. the hotel provides a seamless blend of convenience and tranquility.

my room featured a spacious layout with a comfortable bed the air conditioning worked efficiently maintaining a pleasant temperature. i appreciated the provision of ample wardrobe space and a well-lit work desk for convenience it included two separate sinks.

moldy shower head stained duvet

The shower head was RIDICULOUSLY moldy! I was disgusted to use it. it was winter, but they only gave me a bedsheet. I had to get a duvet from the wardrobe. It had stains and probably wasn't clean. That's just unacceptable!!!

friendly staff daily cleaning nice bar

I found the staff to be very friendly and helpful . the team cleaned my room daily, which i appreciated. the bar area was nice for an evening drink. I enjoyed the quiet atmosphere.

the pillows were unusually high and firm. i would have loved a softer option for a more comfortable sleep.
