A Wonderful City Break!

The room had huge windows that offered nice light. Everything I needed was available. The breakfast was AMAZING!!! The receptionist packed a breakfast box for me because I could not attend breakfast because of my early excursion.
I found that I could not turn the AC on cool because I was informed there was central heating. I had to have it either off or hot.

The location is excellent, just near a main tourist street. It is a very quiet area, so you will not hear noises. This hotel is within walking distance of many attractions.

great workrude receptionist
the cleaning staff did a great job .
The receptionist was quite rude upon my arrival. She seemed very dismissive when i tried to provide my reservation details and directed me to wait in line abruptly.

the hotel had a great location it was easy to get around. the staff were friendly and the service was good. the room was very clean and included free bottled water and a coffee machine. i also enjoyed the breakfast it had many options and the breakfast room had a nice atmosphere.
the restaurant remained closed this was disappointing as i was looking forward to dining there after a long journey.

the front desk staff were all helpful. they provided prompt and helpful communication before my arrival. the staff stored my luggage while i took short trips away from the city. the breakfast service was well-organized.

The staff was helpful. Breakfast had variety with eggs, bacon, and healthy options. The hotel packed breakfast for us when we left early. It had friendly service. I found it useful.

the staff was very friendly and kind. the room was great and clean. the breakfast was rich and very tasty. i recommend this location for everyone.
i experienced some paint chipping off the bathroom ceiling , it needs some maintenance.
