amazing stay!

large room fresh fruit

the hotel is in the city center near transportation, restaurants and shops! my room was huge with fresh fruit. the bed was so comfy and the linens felt new and fancy. i could see one of the pools and the courtyard from my balcony, so great.

the hotel has a rule saying you can't bring in outside drinks. you have to buy their bottled water at the little café. it's a bit annoying! i wish they would reconsider this policy.

helpful staff clean rooms relaxing atmosphere

I was impressed by the friendly and helpful staff. mr el houssaine specifically stood out. His professionalism and kindness. i appreciated how clean and well-kept the entire hotel was. the atmosphere was relaxing and cute (i even decided to extend my stay!).

the hotel has a strict policy regarding outside food and drinks. i found this somewhat inconvenient, especially when i wanted to enjoy a snack by the pool.

The staff were cute and always ready to assist with smiles. This was excellent. check-in was smooth, and i appreciated the efficiency. the room was super clean and spacious. It had great attention to detail! the bed was comfortable for restful nights.

The bright tl lighting throughout the hotel was a bit harsh for my liking. the spa and wellness area was only for women. This limited access for some guests,.
