my room cleaning occurred daily. the rooftop area features a lovely design and is super cool. staff were helpful, that is important. rooms were modern and had good air conditioning.

checkout and breakfast times felt a little long, it felt bad.

the hotel upgraded our room, it was spacious with balconies and a beautiful design. as it was our anniversary, we received a complimentary wine, a lovely gesture. both pools are lovely, and there were plenty of sun loungers for everyone.

the breakfast was amazing with variety of food. the staff was super nice and helpful. they recommended programs at reception. i will recommend this hotel.

i think that the bed linen is changed only on request, it is unacceptable for a 4 star hotel. i was not informed about this beforehand. we expected a better service.
