I found the hotel staff consistently friendly and helpful. the room offered ample space for clothing storage. the shower was quite relaxing after a long day. i especially appreciated the air conditioning system. It kept the room at a comfortable temperature.

There was considerable noise early in the morning. this made sleeping in somewhat difficult, especially since the noise started around 5:00 am.

The restaurant avenue is a short walk away. It provides great food. it is convenient to have this option so close. I ate there twice and was pleased with each meal.

The hotel's location is central. It is close to many restaurants and shops. arkadia and the mercury mall are also within a five-minute walk. I found it very easy to get around from this spot.

The staff were very polite, and they allowed an early check-in. they were also cute on arrival and departure and helpful. this made my arrival process much smoother.

My room was clean and spacious. It was well-kept. bathroom toiletries were good quality. I was also provided with a bathrobe and slippers! the bed was the most comfortable ever!

The staff were friendly and helpful. i especially liked the rooftop pool and bar. It provided a great space to relax between sightseeing. the breakfast had fresh fruit, cakes, and pastries. gluten-free options were available daily for those with dietary restrictions.

There were building works next door. It started early each morning and it was noisy!

the location was excellent it was walking distance to many restaurants. the breakfast had good variety and fresh options were available. the rooftop pool was nice.
