The family room included two separate spaces. It featured the children's bed and toilet downstairs. The adults bed and shower were upstairs on a separate balcony floor. The room included a balcony for outside views.
The parking was a little tight for big cars.

the location was very convenient. i have used this hotel a number of times because of its central location. the staff was always available and willing to help.

The staff was very cute and friendly. They were always available. staff members willingly provided assistance with any requests i had. the reception area also had a coffee machine.

the breakfast offered a good and relatively large selection. the hotel has an onsite parking garage. this feature avoids the need to park elsewhere. the location is very close to many restaurants and shopping areas.

The breakfast was extensive, I guess. It was so extensive, I didn't know where to begin.
The shower situation really stank. I attempted a shower, but only cold water dared to appear. It made for a bracing start to the day, which I never asked for.

The staff provided a genuinely warm welcome. I found the location convenient as it's close to main attractions. The breakfast offered a large selection, which i found better than expected (especially the sausages).
I noticed building work going on. I hope the hotel will renovate the rooms.

The staff was very friendly and informative and always willing to help. They gave great directions and recommendations. They were helpful in advising about parking due to the city center closure.
