the parking on site was convenient at €14. breakfast offered a v good selection. staff provided helpful and friendly service. i will stay there again if i am in the area.
My room was a bit basic. The toilet was not cleaned properly underneath the rim. this contrasted with the lovely reception and communal areas. i wouldn't stay here again because of that detail.

The hotel is centrally located. It couldn't be more central. it's close to many local restaurants and shops, so exploring was easy. the building's central position made it simple to get around.

The breakfast buffet HAS fresh pastries. I also liked the secure underground parking. It cost 14 euros. Staff were friendly and VERY helpful. The hotel's cleanliness added to my stay.
The air conditioning did NOT cool the room enough. It felt stuck at 22 degrees Celsius! The furniture looked tired, and the quality seemed below par for the building. This was a bit disappointing.

missing remoteclogged drain
The lack of attention to detail bothered me. The tv remote was missing. I asked for one but never received it . The shower drain was also clogged, water pooled around my feet. It was a gross experience..

The hotel offers easy parking in the garage. Trolleys were available to assist with transporting luggage to the room which I found helpful. The air conditioning in the room worked effectively providing a very welcome respite from the heat.
I found the room lacked sufficient storage for clothing which meant I had to live out of my suitcase .

The staff was very friendly and provided assistance with a late check-in. They ensured I had extra time in the morning with a checkout time extended until midday. The service was efficient and accommodating .

The hotel location proved advantageous near the train station. I appreciated the helpful staff present at reception. The river views from the hotel were definitely beautiful.
The hotel lift looked quite old. The air conditioning was INEFFECTIVE and struggled with summer heat. I noticed tired decoration in some areas.
