jacuzzi unavailability communication lack

the jacuzzi was not available . i was not informed about this before my arrival. i found the lack of communication regarding the jacuzzi disappointing. there was no compensation offered for this inconvenience, i felt unheard. there were no apologies and a general air of unconcern.

spacious room quality spa friendly staff

The rooms felt spacious, comfortable, and VERY clean. The spa facility is one of the best i have been to. Friendly staff go out of there way to help. LOVELY, well equipped and high quality spa and gym.

Breakfast was very disappointing for 35euros, very slow service.

rooms are large and very well equipped. i Had A garden room. food was excellent in the distillerie restaurant, i ate al fresco in the evening and had breakfast inside.
