stained duvet

The staff were helpful and friendly, which i APPRECIATED.

The carpet throughout the hotel looked REALLY tired and really detracted from the overall feeling of luxury. My room wasn't very clean. The duvet had stains and a hole. I definitely would not stay here again.

the breakfast buffet offered a nice selection. there were daily changes to certain items. the breakfast menu included a huge selection of warm continental dishes.

the front desk staff seemed unprofessional. they did not appear friendly or tidy. the check-in process took a very long time.
