I enjoyed the convenient location near tourist spots. the front desk staff provided excellent service. They arranged luggage storage until my room was ready. the included breakfast offered a good start to each day.

the water pressure in the shower was somewhat low at times.

The staff was very attentive to my needs. the room had a functional air conditioning system. the proximity to local attractions made sightseeing very convenient. I could easily walk to many points of interest. i found the breakfast service quite adequate.

the bathroom amenities were quite basic, i expected more considering the hotel category.

The location is fantastic! I was only one block from Plaza de Mayo. All major attractions were within easy walking distance. The staff was super friendly. Fernanda was especially dedicated and kind. She ensured every detail of my stay was perfect.

The hotel charged my credit card days before arrival. I would have liked the option to pay cash at the hotel.

The Double or Twin Room included a comfortable bed and super clean surfaces. I also had a balcony with a nice city view, offering fresh air and sunlight with all the comforts. Very convenient feature. The daily cleaning service was excellent.

I really appreciated the helpful staff. It was nice to store luggage after checking out. The 24-hour reception was very helpful for late arrivals.

The beds are old and uncomfortable. The bathroom and shower were not great. The shower had very low water pressure.

the bathroom was tiny, i could barely turn around in the shower. the water pressure was also really low, so it was hard to wash my hair. the towels felt thin, i wished they were softer.

this hotel reminded me of a whispered secret. i found the location so accessible to many attractions. the room was lovely and clean. i really felt that the staff were friendly and always ready with a smile.

i did find the noise from the street somewhat distracting. the sounds travelled up to my room so easily. this interrupted my sleep.
