the room was clean, and the location was fairly central.

I was not happy with the temperature control. The air conditioning seemed to be locked to heating. this made it impossible to cool the room down even on warmer days. the wi-fi was also quite poor. I had trouble staying connected for any length of time and the connection dropped frequently.
