i was near two different exits so it was super convenient to pop in and out all day long i was also able to keep my same room the second floor one of two rooms in my little wing was perfect i loved it it made my stay easier i appreciate the staff for it.

the constant noise from music and cars was a lot i found it hard to tolerate i know it is the french quarter but it was a bit too much for me the noise from the street was disturbing my rest.

The location is amazing. i walked everywhere i wanted. the superior king room had a large sitting area. it included a kitchenette with a bar area. It was really cool. the bedroom and bathroom was super clean too!

the hotel did lack a bit of soundproofing, street noise was noticeable.

the location was superb i could walk to all the french quarter attractions the staff was helpful when i asked for city recommendations the hotel had a classic new orleans vibe with a charming interior courtyard i'm definitely coming back

i had some issues with the computer system it didn't accept my credit card at first i had to re-enter the information multiple times it was a bit of a hassle

the staff was friendly and the hotel created a safe and relaxing environment despite the chaotic area.

I found that the room had a very damp smell, it was a bit off-putting. the air conditioning was also so loud that i had to turn it off during the night. This made the room quite hot.
