thin walls digital key
the digital key was a constant headache it had to be downloaded each time i wanted to enter the room. walls seemed paper thin every noise from the neighbors was clearly audible even their bathroom trips. the absence of functional restaurant and lounge left limited options for quick snacks or drinks a detail i found disappointing

Admirable french quarter stay
spacious room effective air conditioning comfortable bed helpful staff
The room was very spacious. I appreciated the very effective air conditioning after a day exploring. The bed was super comfortable. The staff, especially Tyler and Brianna, were helpful and kind..
The hallway acoustics amplified sound. Noises from other guests were sometimes noticeable.

The hotel has a convenient location near most attractions. It is also close to public transportation, including the RTA streetcar and Jackson Square. The hotel sits on a quiet corner, just a couple blocks from the French Market.

The room included soft, white, cotton towels. There was decent lighting with fader switches. The bathroom was very clean and provided nice hand soap and a decent sink size. The hotel provides bottled water, available upon request at the desk.

dirty towels thin walls
The location provided easy access to attractions.
The room cleanliness was below standard. There were dirty towels present. I could also hear every word spoken by the neighbor. This affected the comfort of my stay.

decent stay, some minor issues
good location clean room friendly staff closed bar poor lighting locked door
the location was quite good, near the french market. the room i had was clean and of good size. the front desk staff were friendly, they provided helpful assistance.
The bar was closed . i found the front door locked at 7:00 pm. That was a bit surprising. the neighborhood felt poorly lit at night.

the location was close to many things i wanted to see there was also parking available
the digital key was inconvenient it had to be re-downloaded each time i tried to use it the walls were thin i could hear neighbors' conversations and movements this made it hard to relax in my room

The location was excellent. It was close to many points of interest in the area. The staff proved very helpful and courteous with my requests (i felt very well cared for).
