The breakfast included a variety of hot meal options, and the staff changed them daily. my king room included two separate sinks. It also had a rainfall shower. the hotel kept the pool area very clean and inviting.
The gym had limited equipment. There was only one elliptical machine.

the front desk staff was friendly and helpful. they gave clear directions and offered suggestions. the added security measure of needing a room key for entry. the pool area was very inviting.
the parking lot had limited spaces. it made finding a spot challenging, especially during peak hours. i had to circle a few times before one opened up. this was inconvenient when i had luggage to unload.

the location was perfect for walking to many attractions. i found it very convenient. i could explore the area on foot, saving on transportation costs. this made sightseeing very easy.

the breakfast provided a very good start to the day. i especially enjoyed the variety of options, including eggs and potatoes. the NOLA breakfast rice was AMAZING!!! the breakfast area was always kept clean and well-stocked.

The staff provided friendly and helpful service throughout my stay. Breakfast offered varied hot options each morning, a real plus. The courtyard and pool area were perfect. I especially enjoyed the convenient location for exploring the area.
Housekeeping seemed to follow a fixed morning schedule. If the privacy sign was up, the room was not serviced for the day. Guests should be informed about these cleaning policies.

The hotel is very close to many local attractions, including the heart of Jackson Square. Tour companies also use pick-up spots very close to this hotel. The location is very easy for exploring the main attractions!!!

The room included comfortable beds, a tv, and a coffee maker. A functional refrigerator was also present. The spacious room was cleaned daily. This was a major positive aspect!!!
