I enjoyed the excellent beach club a lot. The hotel staff was kind and always ready to assist. The food was great and readily available on the beach, perfect. I found the sunsets to be beautiful and nice.
The lights in the room were somewhat dim for my liking.

The front desk staff was caring and efficient, assisting with all requests quickly. The cleaning team maintained a high standard of cleanliness throughout the hotel and the outdoor areas. Staff offered prompt food and drink service on the beach.

Really good Beachfront Stay

I found the hotel location a bit secluded. This provided a tranquil atmosphere. Daily activities included sunrise yoga which I found so relaxing. The weight staff maintained high levels of cleanliness throughout the facility.
The music from the beach club sometimes extended past midnight making sleep difficult.

The staff answered my many questions and always offered prompt assistance. Communication was easy, and they quickly resolved any issues that arose. The service was very attentive to guest needs.

The on-site dining provided a great breakfast selection and diverse evening specials. I especially enjoyed the octopus tacos. They were very well prepared. There was a great waiter that enhanced the dining experience with attentive service.

the hotel was beautiful. the beach was nice. the staff was beyond excellent. they were so helpful and accommodating. i included breakfast and was satisfied also.
i noticed the drinks were weak. for $10-$12 usd a drink, i could not taste any alcohol or feel any effect. i am sure there was no alcohol in the cocktails. only one large towel is provided, no washcloth or hand towels.
