Basic stay. Some issues

musty smellslow service

The room smelled a bit musty upon arrival. the restaurant hours were inconvenient. It seemed often closed. pool bar service was slow. Staff seemed more interested in their phones. i also found the bed to be quite hard. It was difficult to get a good night's sleep.

rude manbad location

The evening restaurant staff seemed rude. One man grunted as responses. It was raining, but he would not open the indoor restaurant. HE wanted us to sit in the rain. The location is also not great, you are not near beaches or decent restaurants.

the breakfast was decent , but the coffee was cold. the room had a musty smell that never really went away , despite airing it out daily. also , the tv remote was missing , so i could not use the tv at all . i asked the reception about these issues , but they did not seem very interested in solving them.

The hotel was very clean. I really liked the breakfast buffet. It had a lot of variety. The pool area was also a nice spot. I was happy to see two complimentary water bottles in my room upon arrival.

I noticed some signs of wear and tear around the hotel.
