Rooms and Suites
Susafa features 18 rooms, including 8 suites, each combining simplicity and comfort. Accommodations offer views of the garden. Rooms include either king-size beds (180x200cm) or spacious king-size beds (200x200cm). The Classic Doubles are accessed via a staircase and feature minimal, elegant design. Superior Double rooms are located in former farmworker dwellings. Junior Suites include 19th-century Sicilian-style furnishings or pieces crafted by local artisans. Classic Suites feature private gardens and Sicilian chestnut beamed ceilings. The Superior Suite, located on the first floor, includes a living room, a sleeping area, and a bathroom with a white ceramic bathtub. The Deluxe Suite includes a sauna, a walk-in shower, and a bath. Rooms do not include televisions or minibars.
Dining at Susafa
The restaurant, located in the old granary, draws inspiration from rural culture and seasonal ingredients. The menu includes wild fennel and green vegetables, like spinach and chard. Homemade bread with Susafa Olive Oil is available. The wine list includes Sicilian choices and traditional Italian products. Romantic dinners can be arranged indoors at 'Il Granaio' restaurant or outdoors under a carob tree. The romantic menu consists of four courses, with optional wine pairings. Guests can enjoy aperitifs in the fields (available from June to September). Wine tastings and picnics under the trees are also available.
Leisure and Activities
Susafa has quiet spaces, a swimming pool set in a Mediterranean oasis, and fields for walks. Cookery classes are available and focus on shortcrust pastry, fresh pasta, bread, and Sicilian cannoli. A garden tour allows guests to experience the scents and tastes of the kitchen garden and medicinal plants.
