Acceptable stay at this hotel

the staff were very friendly and very helpful. they never thought anything was too much. the breakfast was really the best hotel breakfast i had in a long time! i ate salmon and scrambled eggs and they didn't skimp with the salmon.
my room was positioned right next to the car park and its not what i expected. people were always slamming car doors untill early morning hours. it was hard to get some sleep and my dog was always growling at people going out of the fire door for a smoke.

An Okay Stay With Some Issues

generous portionspoor maintenancewindow issue
The breakfast offered generous portions with smoked salmon and scrambled eggs plus tea.
The hotel seemed dated and the maintenance was not great. My room was too hot and the window barely opened. The shower head needed unblocking as only a trickle came out.
