Hotel Marina provides 25 rooms, including Comfort (16 m²), Standard (14 m²), and Very Small (11 m²) options. Rooms accommodate a maximum of two people, with Comfort rooms suitable for up to three. Each room includes a television, a private bathroom, air conditioning, an electric kettle, a desk and chair, a safe, a closet, and a double bed. Comfort rooms also feature a third single bed. Beds can be separated in each room, however, it is discouraged in the Very small rooms due to space. Smoking is not allowed in any room. None of the rooms have a sea view, and balcony availability cannot be reserved but may be provided upon request.

Breakfast is served in the lemon garden. The hotel has a restaurant (Da Eraldo) located 20 meters away. Da Eraldo is open daily for lunch (12:00 - 14:30) and dinner (18:30 - 21:00), excluding Thursdays and Friday lunch. Traditional Italian cuisine uses lemons, basil, olive oil, wine, fruits, vegetables, and traditional aromatic herbs. Special evenings include opportunities to discover kitchen secrets.

Hotel Marina is situated in Monterosso al Mare, 100 meters from the sea, the beach, and the hiking path to Vernazza. The hotel is near the Cinque Terre National Park. The cities of Genoa, Pisa, and Sarzana are reachable by train. Monterosso's railway station connects with Italian and European cities via direct trains. The closest international airports are Genoa Colombo (100 km away) and Pisa Galilei. Parking is available in the historical center (300 meters from the hotel, 25,00 per day) and in Fegina (1 kilometer along the sea, 18.00 euro a day). Public parking Loreto Terrazza is available.
