Dining Options

The unique roof restaurant serves an open buffet for breakfast and dinner with local food and barbecue. The "Rawsan" poolside restaurant serves meals, snacks, teas, and coffee. Guests can also try smoking "Shisha" Water-Pipe. The "Hasuneh" bar serves beer and local Mount Nebo wine until midnight. A sample breakfast includes juice, seasonal fruit salad, local jams, hot beans with tomato sauce, sausage cooked with vegetables, pancake with syrup date, cornflakes, hummus, yogurt, green olives, tomato and cucumber, local pastries, and pita bread.

Leisure and Treatments

Guests can use the outdoor swimming pool. Dead Sea salts can be added to a warm bath. Rivage experts have created a line of skin and body care products. Body treatments include Dead Sea mud, foot scrub, and slimming oil. The Dead Sea Mud treatment involves applying mud over the body, letting it dry for 25-30 minutes, and rinsing with Rivage Shower Gel. The Foot Scrub contains natural Castor Oil and Dead Sea Crystals. The Slimming Oil contains Ginger Extracts and Guarana Seeds. Also, guests enjoy home theater with its large LCD screen at charge and the Bar is decorated with fossils collected from the area.

Location and Access

Mariam Hotel is in a quiet residential area, northeast of the Al-Mouhafada Circle, a five-minute walk from St George's Church ('the Church of the Map'). It is 35 km from Queen Alia International Airport. The hotel is near Madaba Archaeological Park, Madaba Parks, and the Church of the Apostles. La Storia Tourism Complex is 7 km away. The hotel organizes a bus along the Kings' Highway to Petra with a photo stop at Wadi Mujib and a visit to Kerak castle. The hotel also organizes a new special tour to the dolmens at Wadi Jadid. Mount Nebo, the Dead Sea, the spa at Hamamet Ma'in, the Baptism site of Bethany, the mosaics at Um Ar Rasas, and the Valley of Wadi Mujib are easily accessible.
