Maria checked us in early. This let us enjoy the amenities immediately. Daylan, the night clerk, even gave us his personal bottle opener for our use. The rooms were spacious and clean. It seemed like we were on a little island.

i stayed in a queen room pool view the room had a good layout the bathroom included two separate sinks. the gym had three treadmills and two stationary bikes. the pool area had twenty loungers and a shaded section.

the coffee machine was a little loud.

i had a very blessed time here. the waterpark near the hotel made my little kids very happy. the room was perfect for our family.

Queuing to enter the pool felt inconvenient. the resort searched bags before entering the pool. This felt cheap. wearing a wristband in the pool also detracted from the experience.

the bathroom was great. it had a large shower and two separate sinks! the coffee shop inside the resort was also a really nice touch, providing quick bites in the morning. the resort offered multiple pools, and the waterpark access was a huge bonus!

I found it difficult to get assistance when needed. Calling resulted in an automated system that would hang up! our room's television was not fully functional. when i asked for extra toilet paper, i received only towels. This wasn't what i needed. the pools closed too early. I wished they stayed open later.

friendly staff clean space nice decor long queue bag search wristband policy

the front desk staff i encountered were friendly. maria stood out (i remember her name) and provided helpful service. the hotel presented very clean spaces and the decor added a nice touch. i found the restaurant staff equally cute.

i noticed some issues regarding pool access. there was queuing to enter the pool, and bags were searched. also, wearing a wristband felt a bit unnecessary. these rules gave the resort a less upscale feel, in my opinion.
