Manin Suites Rooms

Manin Suites, located in Esquilino, offers five bedrooms with double or twin beds. Three rooms on Via Farini overlook the Basilica of Santa Maria Maggiore, while two overlook the inner courtyard. Each air-conditioned room includes Wi-Fi, a safe, and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels. The rooms also feature a mini-bar. Each private bathroom is equipped with a shower and free toiletries.

Terrace and Services

Guests have access to the large terrace at Roman Terrace. Staff members speak English and Italian. For safety, communal areas have security cameras. The guesthouse is on the second floor and accessible by elevator. A continental breakfast (toast, butter, jam, croissant, coffee, tea and juice) is available at an additional cost of 3 Euros per person, per day. Reception is open from 8:00 am to 11:00 pm. Guests receive a key for 24-hour access and can contact an emergency number outside reception hours.

Location and Access

Manin Suites is easily within walking distance of Termini, Rome's main train station. The ancient Baths of Diocletian are 600 meters away. Airport Transportation

From Fiumicino Airport, take the Leonardo Express train to Termini Station, which departs every 20 minutes (35-minute journey). From Ciampino Airport, take the Terravision bus to Termini Station (40-minute journey). From the port of Civitavecchia, take a train to Termini Station (1-hour journey). A transfer service to and from the airports is available for a fee.

Important Information

A city tourist tax of 3.50 Euros per person, per night, excluding children up to 10 years old, must be paid in cash upon arrival. Parking costs between 25 and 30 Euros per day. Ciampino Airport (CIA) is 16 kilometers away, and Fiumicino Airport (FCO) is 24 kilometers away. Termini train and metro station is 300 meters away, and the bus stop is 50 meters away. Small children (up to the age of 2) can stay free of charge, if they stay in the same bed as their parents.
