friendly staff good breakfast central location poor soundproofing old bathroom no kettle

the staff are really friendly and helpful, it made me smile. breakfast was good, it had a nice selection of foods to begin the day. the location is near the train station, it was easy for transport.

the sound proofing wasn't great, i could hear noises from other rooms easily. the bathroom felt a bit old, it needed some updating. there wasn't a kettle in my room, i would have enjoyed a cup of tea.
