mixed feelings about my stay

no hot water front desk

The breakfast was fine. There was a decent selection of food available.

i encountered problems. there was no hot water in the shower, and front desk staff did not provide a solution. it was a let down.

A Mixed Bag of Experiences

non-functioning fridge missing terrace

The pool seemed quite inviting.

The room I booked was supposed to have a terrace. (I specifically booked it for that.) I was given a room without a terrace. the mini-fridge did not work and contained warm beverages. It didn't live up to expectations.
