the hotel lacks tea and coffee making facilities in the rooms, this would be a valuable addition.

The location was fairly central. It was close to transport links (if you like that sort of thing).

The restaurant was really disappointing. I found the food rather bland and uninspired (i even considered leaving it there one night. almost). It was like they weren't even trying to offer Italian dishes.

the room was large. the air conditioning worked effectively. it maintained a very comfortable temperature throughout my stay. the rooftop terrace was a nice addition even though there was no pool. it offered a relaxing space with a great view.

the electrical points were not standard. they required steiner pronged versions. i needed to find adapters. the food quality was a letdown. meals were often lukewarm instead of hot. it wasn't what i expected.

The hotel staff were friendly. I could leave my luggage in a safe place after checking out. This helped me enjoy my afternoon (this was really useful!). The sixth-floor terrace was a great spot while I waited.

The air conditioning was not available since it was not the season. I had to sleep with the patio door open. The pillows were brick-like. They were very uncomfortable.
