Check-in was quick. A complimentary upgrade to a suite room was arranged. The housekeeping team kept the rooms fresh. The breakfast buffet offered an really good variety. Refreshing drinks and Arabic coffee were available at the reception. A spacious underground car park offered secure parking for SAR 75 per night.
The on-site café prices seemed slightly elevated.

The room was a junior suite queen bed. The staff members were friendly and helpful. Mariam from guest relations checked on me daily. I received assistance promptly when needed.
The air conditioning unit made a slight noise at night. It did not prevent me from sleeping.

The location is very convenient near Gate 329. The staff provided excellent service. Breakfast offered good variety at Level M2. The bed was very comfortable. I rested well.
The room's air conditioning unit was somewhat noisy. This made sleeping a little difficult at times.
