decent resort with some issues
old roomsbroken door
The rooms show their age. our toilet barely flushed. we called, and the front desk suggested pressing it repeatedly. the balcony door didn't lock properly. i worried about safety. I was concerned someone could enter by mistake at night.

Every single staff member provided amazing service. Abraham made our last day special. He prepared a beautiful sign with sand on a beach towel for us to take a picture. The bartenders and servers were friendly and efficient. Carlos at the hibachi restaurant put on a lovely show and made amazing food.

The room included a fully stocked minibar with snacks and drinks. There was a separate seating area with a couch and table. The bathroom featured two sinks and a large shower with multiple showerheads.

Kabuki Japanese restaurant provided an very nice dining experience. Don Jaume steakhouse served high-quality cuts of meat cooked to perfection. Flavors buffet offered a wide variety of options, ensuring everyone found something they enjoyed.

The buffet food was decent. They keep the resort well maintained.
The mosquitos were TERRIBLE. I got bitten all over my body at the white party. I had to pay $18 for bug spray because I didn't bring any. The butler was non-existent. I hardly saw her, and she didn't help much.
