dirty playroomrusty splash pool

the kids playroom was not clean. mats had black marks. the splash pool had rust all over. after the first day, the water features stopped working. also, i requested items from the front desk multiple times but only received them once. slow responses followed my payment for a car to pick us up at the airport. i had to send chasers. i did not get a confirmation until landing. our bathroom door seemed to have termites. wood bits kept appearing.

questionable pastriesmissing shuttle

The breakfast situation was something. the coffee tasted like it had been brewed last tuesday and the pastries looked questionable. the pool claimed to be clean but i spotted more than a few leaves floating around. also, the promised shuttle service felt more like a mythical creature. It was only when nobody needed it.

I appreciated the hotel's closeness to the airport for my early departure. Every staff member i encountered was both friendly and efficient. THE room was spacious with good amenities, and I found the bed very comfortable. The grounds were well kept. They added much to the overall appeal.

My only concern was the limited variety of options available in the breakfast buffet. More diverse offerings would greatly enhance the dining experience. perhaps some local dishes.

The room included a big terrace, a mini fridge and a safety deposit box. There was also a large bathroom equipped with a separate shower and bathtub, which I found convenient. Daily housekeeping kept everything tidy.

There were multiple swimming pools, each with ample sun loungers and shaded areas. The fitness center had several machines, including treadmills and elliptical trainers. I SAW also a business center with computers and printing services.
