The hotel restaurant serves French cuisine from the Provence region and decent Thai and Western fare. The restaurant also serves pasta dishes, cheese and cold cuts platters, and duck breast in apple sauce. A French-trained Japanese chef offers creative cuisine with Japanese ingenuity.
