The staff demonstrated helpfulness and kindness throughout my visit. The hotel provided a convenient shuttle service to the BTS and Asiatique. I found the location met my needs very well.
I noted slight wear in some areas, though the overall cleanliness remained high.

the staff was super attentive, i felt so welcome ! i really appreciated the shuttle service to public transportation , it saved me so much hassle. the rooftop pool was definitely a highlight , i spent many hours there. plus , i discovered lots of local restaurants and cafes just a short walk away, awesome.
the wifi signal was a little weak at times , but honestly , it wasn't a major issue for me.

the beautiful suite had a spacious layout with a separate living area , it included two large windows offering city views. the bed was a super king-size with high-quality linens and plenty of pillows.

the staff really were friendly and helpful. i found a rooftop pool with good views. everything felt nice and clean, including the hallways. i loved the big bed and the nice bathroom!
the shower regulator never worked , causing temperature fluctuations. i reported the issue, but it remained unresolved.
