the breakfast was acceptable, with some variety.

The gym access was a problem. It required going to the front desk each time to get it unlocked (a real inconvenience). also, the advertised shuttle service to local attractions was not running . i asked about it, and staff seemed unaware, offering no alternative transport options.

The room cleaning was inconsistent. Some days they arrived very late. We were a group of three. The cleaning staff often left too few towels, and we had to request more. It was disappointing for a hotel of this standard.

I found the staff attentive. They always greeted me with a smile! the room's design felt modern and fresh. the location was great. It was easy to reach nearby attractions and the mall. the cleanliness throughout the hotel was immaculate. It.

The gym equipment felt a little dated. Some of the machines could use an upgrade.

I found the staff friendly. They were always ready to assist. their prompt service made a difference from arrival, very noticeable. the breakfast selection was excellent and offered a wide variety of delicious options. i particularly appreciated junaid's warm welcome after dealing with flight delays. He made our arrival smoother.

the front desk staff acted professionally. they were helpful and cute . valet staff including hasan was also very helpful and cute. i appreciate their assistance with directions and local recommendations. the staff demonstrated attentiveness.

the swimming pool got quite crowded with kids. it closed relatively early at 8pm. i could not swim at night even under my own responsibility. disturbances from kids in the adjacent room moving chairs affected my sleep quality.
