The staff displayed unsurpassed hospitality. The facilities were beautiful, and my room was spacious. I particularly enjoyed the excellent breakfast buffet (it had great options for everyone!). The location is convenient, especially since it is close to the airport.

One minor issue involved the non-private entrance to the pool and spa. I think a separate entrance would improve privacy.

Kitchen 7 features a rich and tasty breakfast buffet, with Indian and Chinese options included, which I found appealing. The staff are also very attentive (such as Naveen, Taryk, Jaki, and Arlyn) and ensured a pleasant dining experience daily. The steak restaurant offers an excellent experience as well.

The gym includes modern equipment for workouts. The rooms have all necessary amenities. I appreciated the upgrade to a room overlooking the pool (the views are beautiful!).

The staff were consistently friendly and helpful (from check-in to taxis). Tawhid from the hotel team provided pleasurable service. He helped with navigating the hotel and taxi system.
