convenient locationunwelcoming staffunsettling policy
the location was convenient , very close to the train station.
i found the reception staff to be unwelcoming. i also didn't like the policy requiring guests to leave their key while out , as it felt unsettling. when i returned , the reception was unattended and i had to take my key without acknowledgement.
