The lobby offered a comfortable space for relaxation and drinks. I found the reception staff very helpful. Their English was excellent. They assisted me with directions and allowed me to leave my luggage after checkout. The hotel's location was ideal for exploring the city.

The bathroom had a slight odor, and the shampoo pump was not functioning correctly.
