Good Stay in a Charming Hotel

The staff greeted me with warm smiles. They stored my luggage when I arrived early, allowing me to begin my explorations immediately. The room I had booked, a Classic Double Room, offered ample space. It was very quiet, even though the hotel is near a main road was great.

The air conditioning was fixed at 19 degrees Celsius. This made the room too warm for me to sleep comfortably. I found it difficult to get a restful night because of this problem.

the breakfast had good variety and was constantly refreshed the staff were helpful with local information the room was clean and the shower was decent i found the hotel central location very walkable to town and public transport was nearby. leaving my bags before check-in and after check-out was convenient glass bottles were used for water a sustainable touch. the staff was cute and very friendly ready to help. the hotel met mercure standards it was decent clean and offered good storage.

the windows in my room did not open i could not access fresh air i found this unbelievably stuffy. i was told air conditioning was not available i found that hard to believe. a note asked me not to set the temperature too cold as it would make the room hotter.

the hotel is near major sights and is within a few minutes of walking distance. it is located just off a main road yet surprisingly quiet at night. two metro stations are within a few minutes providing easy access.

the staff at the front desk were very friendly and competent. they provided helpful directions and information. i appreciated the staff's efforts to accommodate my requests regarding room preferences and luggage storage both before check-in and after my stay.

The staff was helpful and cute. I enjoyed the availability of still and sparkling water in bottles for the room. I stayed in a Classic Double Room. The location was great. It was right in the heart of the city. The room was clean and tidy. It was the perfect size for sleeping after long days of exploring the area. I found the breakfast selection very good. It included plenty of protein options. The coffee machine prepared a very creamy cappuccino. Self-service refillable bottles for filtered water were available all the time.

The shower had low pressure, and only shampoo and gel was provided.
